Croft River Runs Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Croft River Runs, we strive to provide a seamless and sustainable experience on the water. Because our GoBoats are in high demand and require specific preparation, we adhere to the following policy:

1. Customer Cancellations

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure time will receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable).

  • Partial Refund / Reschedule: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time rescheduling at no additional cost.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the booking time, or "no-shows," are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

2. Weather & Safety Cancellations

The safety of our guests is our top priority. Croft River Runs reserves the right to cancel any rental due to:

  • Hazardous weather (lightning, high winds, or heavy rain).

  • Unsafe river conditions (flooding or dangerous currents).

  • Mechanical issues.

In these cases, you will be offered:

  1. A full refund of your booking fee.

  2. The option to reschedule for a future date.

  3. A digital gift card/credit to use at your convenience.

Note: We operate in light rain and overcast conditions. Cancellations due to "unpleasant" but safe weather (e.g., light drizzle) are subject to the standard Customer Cancellation policy above.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your safety briefing. Your rental time begins at the scheduled hour. If you arrive late, we cannot extend your time, as it impacts the next scheduled guest. If you are more than 30 minutes late, it may be treated as a "no-show" with no refund.
