Safety Policy "Your safety is our priority. All captains must be 21+ with a valid ID. Life jackets are provided and must be worn by all children under 13 at all times. No glass bottles or swimming off the boat while the motor is engaged." Weather & Cancellation Policy "We keep a close eye on the sky! If we cancel due to unsafe weather (lightning or high winds), you will receive a 100% refund or a reschedule credit. Personal cancellations made within 48 hours of your trip are non-refundable."
